Motion Empowered Physical Therapy & Wellness provides a holistic long-term solution to physical pain and dysfunction. Unlike other physical therapy clinics, Motion Empowered utilizes an active evidence-based approach over a short term “feel-good” fix to address the root cause of client issues. Clients at Motion Empowered are motivated to take ownership of their health and understand that their bodies are resilient despite what other practitioners may have told them in the past. At Motion Empowered, you are not defined by your diagnosis. You have the power to recover from injury with patience and commitment to your plan of care.
What Makes Us Different?
Many traditional insurance-based clinics often provide generic cookie-cutter rehab due to the high volume of patients. At Motion Empowered, we take the time to perform a thorough 60 minute one-on-one evaluation to determine your true impairments in order to address the root cause of the problem. We also take a full body approach to rehabilitation as we understand the body works as a whole rather than in individual parts. During our evaluation, we assess your joint mobility, range of motion, strength, balance and perform a movement analysis to determine possible restrictions and compensations. We then develop a personalized treatment plan which includes a combination of manual therapy, movement and education so that you are informed about what is going on with your body.
