We primarily treat orthopedic conditions including neck, back, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle pain as well as post-surgical patients. We also specialize in helping active individuals optimize their strength and mobility to reduce risk of injury.

We are a mobile provider meaning we come to YOU in the comfort of your home, office or gym. We also have access to a local gym in St. Pete if you do not wish to be treated in your home. We currently offer care in St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Tierra Verde, Gulfport, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Seminole and Pinellas Park. Travel fees may apply to travel distances greater than 15 miles.

We currently accept Medicare and are out-of-network with all other insurance companies. This allows us to focus on what is best for you and your care without the constraints of traditional insurance. With a cash-based practice, there are no hidden costs or surprise bills down the road. Payment is collected at time of service directly from the patient to the provider. We do offer superbills which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

By leaving insurance out of the equation, we have the freedom to treat you the way you want and need in order to achieve your goals. Your treatment plan should be an agreement between you and your provider without the hands of insurance companies in the mix. We can decide how many visits you need and what your treatment should really consist of rather than what insurance dictates. You will also receive the undivided attention of your provider instead of sharing your appointment time with others.

This depends entirely on your condition and goals. Many clients are seen somewhere between 5- 10 sessions. Most are seen weekly or every other week, giving you more independence between sessions to implement what you learn.
